I Wayan Gunayasa was born in Ulakan, Manggis, Karangasem August 3, 1967. He is an entrepreneur and photography is one of his hobbies. He is also involved in social activities, such as children with disabilities and orphans and also participates in fighting plastic waste. His photos have been published in several magazines such as 'Emvee Magazine', 'Bali Travel' and 'Tropical Life'. He also took part in an exhibition at Mall Bali Galeria, solo exhibitions and exhibitions with other photographers. Wayan prefers to photograph culture and nature because by doing so he can travel around and get to know the culture more closely; culture in Bali in particular and Indonesian nature. He worked with Norwegian students studying in Bali in 1993-2014.

I Wayan Gunayasa lahir di Desa Ulakan, Manggis, Karangasem pada 3 Agustus 1967. Dia seorang wiraswasta dan fotografi adalah salah satu hobinya. Dia juga terlibat dalam kegiatan sosial, misalnya untuk anak-anak disabilitas dan yatim piatu dan juga ikut dalam memerangi sampah plastik. Foto-fotonya pernah dimuat di beberapa majalah, seperti Emvee Magazine, Bali Travel dan Tropical Life. Ia juga ambil bagian dalam pameran di Mall Bali Galeria, pameran tunggal dan juga pameran bersama fotografer lain. Wayan lebih suka memotret budaya dan alam karena dengan begitu dia bisa berkeliling dan mengenal lebih dekat budaya; budaya di Bali khususnya dan alam Indonesia. Dia pernah bekerja untuk mahasiswa Norwegian yang sedang belajar di Bali tahun 1993-2014.
