Indonesia is one of the countries that have been nominated for the 10 largest contributors of plastic waste in the world. Plastic waste is a type of waste that is difficult to recycle. Public awareness of the dangers of plastic waste is still very minimal. Underestimating waste is still a very strong tradition. Society views waste as unimportant and has no value. In fact, we can assess waste from two sides, namely positive and negative. On the positive side, waste can be recycled or used as equipment that can be useful for our daily activities, without having to buy new equipment or items. On the positive side, we can sell waste to companies or organizations engaged in waste management. On the negative side, waste can damage the cleanliness of the environment and cause disasters. Therefore, the community must be able to take advantage of opportunities from the presence of waste. The community must have awareness and have a sense of responsibility towards environmental cleanliness.
