Made Galung Wiratmaja is a painter born in Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali, May 31, 1972. He completed his art education at PSSRD Udayana University. Since 1993 he has diligently displayed his work in many joint exhibitions, such as the “Retrospective” exhibition at Bentara Budaya Bali (2018). His solo exhibitions are “Silent Nature” at Ganesha Gallery, Jimbaran (2007) and “Landscapes” at Griya Santrian Gallery, Sanur (2006). He has won awards from the Indonesian Fine Arts Foundation (2000), the German Der Weltkulturen Museum (2006) and the Mandiri Art Award (2015). Galung's works tend to combine abstract and figurative patterns with captivating color plays.

Made Galung Wiratmaja adalah pelukis kelahiran Sukawati, Gianyar, Bali, 31 Mei 1972. Dia menamatkan pendidikan seni rupa di PSSRD Universitas Udayana. Sejak 1993 dia rajin menampilkan karyanya dalam banyak pameran bersama, seperti pameran “Retrospektif” di Bentara Budaya Bali (2018). Pameran tunggalnya adalah “Silent Nature” di Ganesha Gallery, Jimbaran (2007) dan “Landscapes” di Griya Santrian Gallery, Sanur (2006). Dia pernah meraih penghargaan dari Yayasan Seni Rupa Indonesia (2000), Museum Der Weltkulturen Jerman (2006) dan Mandiri Art Award (2015). Karya-karya Galung cenderung memadukan corak abstrak dan figuratif dengan permainan warna yang menawan.
