This Kakawin was written by Mpu Dharmaja during the reign of king Kameswara in Kediri in the 12th century. This Kakawin tells the story of the burning of Bhatara Kama (cupid) who tried to disturb Bhatara Shiva's deep meditation. This Kakawin is an adaptation of the story of the burning of Lord Kama in Shiva Purana. Apparently, because Mpu Dharmaja wrote this kakawin as a praise to the king, there were some parts that were modified from the original story. Unfortunately, this causes people to trust the kakawin version more than the original story in Shiva Purana.

Talking about kakawin means talking about praises. According to Creese (2006) supported by Zoetmulder (1986), the writing of a kakawin was generally sponsored by the king. As a present leader makes a biography of all kinds of his achievements, the kings of the past also sponsored poets to portray the king's self-image through the adaptation of puranic stories. This causes the authenticity of the story of the purana to be blurred when composed in the form of kakawin. Indirectly, this is what causes the general public to think that the puranic records are only fictions.

In this kakawin, Bhatara Kama tries to disturb Bhatara Shiva's meditation. Culture contains many life values that will be beneficial if the culture can be understood and preserved well. One of the examples that we can find out there is Bali. Who does not know Bali, a small island in Central Indonesia, which is famous for its uniqueness and cultural diversity. With its culture, Bali has been able to become one of the cultural-based tourism destinations that is endlessly visited by tourist. On the top of that, the tourism industry has been able to help most Balinese people to make a living. This is a simple example, that culture is a priceless wealth.

Unfortunately, some information from trusted figures and media show that Balinese culture is slowly being degraded and replaced by foreign culture. Balinese cultures such as language, literature, toys, and traditional dances are no longer easily found in Balinese people’ daily lives, especially in the younger generation. One of the things that is often considered the cause of the decline of Balinese culture is social media. But the question really is, does the existence of social media always threaten the preservation of Balinese culture?

The presence of social media has indeed accelerated the flow of information among people, so the opportunity for the entry of foreign cultures to be faster too, in this case the entry of foreign cultures into Bali. If public awareness does not immediately grow about the importance of Balinese culture, then gradually Balinese culture will fade. However, it is necessary to consider together that social media is not entirely a threat to Balinese culture. If we pay close attention, social media can be turned into a tool that can be used to preserve Balinese culture. One of the things that can be done is to create content with the theme of Balinese culture using Balinese language, maximize the use of Balinese language on social media, and create websites that provide education related to Balinese culture.

Considering two different sides of the influence of social media on Balinese culture, the role of the relevant government is needed in providing socialization or regulation in an effort to increase public awareness regarding social media and the preservation of Balinese culture is very necessary for the sustainability of Balinese culture which is the soul of Balinese society.ure which is the soul of Balinese society.)

Both of them are the wives of Bhagavan Kasyapa. Sang Kadru is the mother of the dragons, Sang Winata is the mother of the Garuda.

When playing at Mount Mandara in the middle of Segara Lawana, the main water of life and many other gifts come out, one of which is the main horse named Ucchaisrawa. Sang Kadru tells Sang Winata that there is a horse coming out of the mountain, the horse's body is white, and the tail is black. Sang Winata answered that the news was wrong, in fact the horse was completely white. The two of them pitted their strength against one another and no one dared to admit that they were wrong. Long story short, in the end Sang Kadru and Sang Winata bet against each other, and agreed that whoever loses becomes the slave of the winner.

With the bet agreed upon, the next day the horses were sought out to prove who was wrong. Sang Kadru conveyed the bet to her son who was a dragon. The dragon announced that the mother would lose, because the color of the horse was completely white. Sang Kadru was confused, and then ordered her son to spray poison into the horse's tail, so that the horse's tail would become black. The son did not comply with his mother's demand, but Sang Kadru insisted by dropping a curse on her son. So the dragon ended up having to carry out the wishes of his mother, and in the end, Sang Kadru did not serve Sang Winata, but instead, Sang Winata and Sang Garuda served Sang Kadru and the dragons.

Surely Sang Kadru won in this story, because she could deceived. News can be exchanged at will, no different from exchanging one kind of rice cake for another kind of rice cake. From this story, Sang Kadru, as a woman and mother, is very adamant about the news that is received on the street, even though it the news may be wrong. She even forces her son to keep up the charade so that she will not to be defeated, even if it means defeated by truth.

This means that when news is heard from the words of a crowd, it will be added and subtracted to, and over time it may become truth, and efforts may be made to prove the wrong thing right, and then the wrong news will be fostered by people who already believe it. Things that are crooked can be straightened out but in the present era of globalization, the world is mingling without end, supported by the development of technology, information and communication which makes it easy for people to get news from abroad, but it is not always 100 percent true. In the future, it is very important for mothers and women to have more knowledge than Sang Kadru, so that they don't get wrong news, or try to justify themselves by sticking to wrong news. If you already have a good mother and clearly know the diference between right and wrong news, her family will not fail.

In short, if due to research, we find news to be wrong, let's accept it and find a good the truth, so as not to maintain the wrong news which can cause more problems in the future. Elections are an important moment in our democracy. This is not only about choosing leaders, but also us giving them the mandate to overcome various problems facing society. Answering the topic raised in this oration is "What is the most urgent problem to be addressed by Bali's prospective leaders?".

First of all, we cannot ignore environmental problems, especially since Bali is known as Paradise Island because of its natural beauty. There is one thing that in my opinion really needs serious attention from potential Balinese leaders, namely the waste problem which will soon be over. Bali faces big challenges in waste management because the system is inefficient so it is unable to handle large volumes of waste. This situation was further exacerbated by fires that occurred at the Sarbagita Suwung Regional Landfill in Denpasar City, the Mandung Landfill in Tabanan Regency, and the Temesi Landfill in Gianyar Regency during the dry season, causing environmental damage and negative impacts on daily air quality. This problem is not only a local issue, but also an urgent reminder for us to take action because it impacts many aspects of people's lives. Therefore, the government's presence plays an important role in handling this case.

I am sure that so far the government has always tried its best, but Bali's leaders must then improve and re-examine the preparation of a strategy for handling potential waste that can be investigated from the roots to the end. It is important to note that the success of a waste management program is very dependent on existing infrastructure and technology. If waste management plants, landfills, or recycling facilities are inadequate, then the program may not produce the expected results. The success of the waste management program is also closely related to the level of community participation. If there is not enough awareness or support from the public in waste scanning, recycling, or waste reduction, the program may experience difficulties. Apart from that, policies that are inappropriate or unable to overcome the waste problem can become an obstacle. Sometimes, unsupportive policies or weak implementation can hinder program effectiveness.

Prospective Balinese leaders must have a clear vision about how to protect and preserve Bali's environment for future generations. Prospective leaders, Bali must have a concrete action plan that involves economic, social and environmental aspects. A thorough evaluation of the waste management program needs to be carried out to identify core problems and adjust the strategies implemented. Close collaboration with various parties is the key to creating holistic solutions. Senuma's active involvement, parties, including the government, private sector and the community, will ensure environmental sustainability in Bali for future generations. No less important, awareness of the importance of recycling and reducing waste needs to be instilled more deeply,

Thank you to Mrs/Mr. Candidate Leader, Bali for your attention and cooperation to make Bali clean from mountains of rubbish. The people in Indonesia are not ready to practice religious moderation, because selfishness is still growing within them. There are also many intolerant behaviors that do not reflect religious human beings, for example; many of our brothers had their holy places demolished, there were bombings, fights that resulted in death and many others, that is a reflection of the government's lack of respect for the efforts of the government in Article 29 of the 1945 Constitution which regulates religion in Indonesia. It is certain that things that break the law can be subject to Article 156a of the Criminal Code concerning Blasphemy of Religion. These problems must be avoided by building scientific thinking using stoicism. Stoicism is a condition to seek true happiness with the dichotomy of mastering a threat in various aspects of life. Based on embodying stoic teachings in the realm of formal education and packaged through a religious curriculum that contains the essence of stoicism, creating video innovations in the form of educational shows that support stoicism, deepening stoic teachings within oneself and implementing stoic teachings to the general public. People rarely know the meaning of stoicism, on the contrary people have behaved according to the teachings of stoicism, where differences are not a threat, but as a tool to create life welfare by acculturation of religions such as the Dalem Mekah Temple, Dalem Balingkang Temple, Dalem Langgar Temple, and many more an example of acculturation that has existed in Indonesia for a long time, especially in Bali. Stoicism is very vital if we can learn and practice it from childhood because it can eliminate negative thoughts that are prejudiced against other religions. The benefits of stoicism can overcome intolerance in Indonesia. As a solution, include the teachings of stoicism in religious studies, as well as increasing content on stoicism, moreover it can really be understood and implemented, it is valid, all people in Indonesia can unite as one, nothing should be debated.n unite as one, nothing should be debated.)
