Pemerintah harus melestarikan adat dan budaya baik yg ada di bali maupun di wilayah indonesia lainya, salah satunya ogoh - ogoh. Menjaga kebersihan dan lingkungan tidak hnya tugas masyarakat tetapi pemerintah pun harus ikut menjaganya.

Similarly, Sang Hyang Baruna was angry when he saw the ocean turning blood red due to the corpses of the troops that were thrown into the sea after the Bharatayuddha war ended. He then brought a red giant to life because of his wrath.

The value for the government is to always be a role model and be able to solve problems related to cleanliness. Especially the thorny problem related to garbage in Denpasar City. Such as the problem at Suwung landfill. The government must be able to immediately find the best solution regarding this matter so that it is resolved immediately and not forgotten. Because the value of cleanliness is one of the things that will be passed on to children and grandchildren later.

In Balinese

Lingkungan sane leteh pacang ngawinang energi negatif miwah ngganggu kahuripan.

Pateh sakadi Sang Hyang Baruna sane duka rikala nyingakin segarane dados barak getih santukan sawan wadua balane sane kaicalang ring segarane sasampun payudan Bharatayuddha puput. Ida raris nguripang Raksasa Barak santukan ipun kalintang galak.

Kawentenan pamrentah mangda setata dados conto sane prasida ngicalang pikobet indik kebersihan. Sane pinih utama inggih punika pikobet sampah ring Kota Denpasar. Sakadi pikobet ring TPA Suwung. Pemerintah patut prasida gelis ngaryanin solusi sane pinih becik mangda gelis kapuputang lan nenten lali. Santukan nilai kebersihan inggih punika silih sinunggil hal sane pacang kaicen ring sentana.

In Indonesian

Lingkungan kotor akan membangkitkan energi negatif dan mengganggu kehidupan.

Serupa ketika Sang Hyang Baruna murka saat melihat lautan berubah menjadi merah darah karena mayat pasukan yang dibuang ke laut setelah perang Bharatayuddha usai. Kemudian Beliau menghidupkan raksasa merah karena kemurkaannya.

Nilai untuk pemerintah adalah agar senantiasa menjadi tauladan dan mampu memecahkan permasalahan terkait kebersihan. Utamanya adalah masalah pelik terkait sampah di Kota Denpasar. Seperti permasalahan di TPA Suwung. Pemerintah harus mampu segera menemukan solusi terbaik terkait hal ini agar segera terselesaikan dan tidak terlupakan begitu saja. Karena nilai kebersihan adalah salah satu hal yang akan diwariskan ke anak cucu nantinya.
